Is the management team on-site?
Yes, our management team is on-site Monday through Saturday.
Do you offer 24-hour maintenance?
Yes, our team is available for any emergency maintenance issues
Are the residents responsible for utilities?
Residents are responsible for electric, water/sewer, and cable/internet. Each apartment is sub-metered.
Do I have to use a specific cable/internet provider?
You have the choice between Astound and Service Electric Cable TV & Communications.
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes! All payments can be made via the online resident portal.
What is the late fee?
10% of the base rent, charged on the 6th of the month.
Is this a non-smoking community?
This is a non-smoking community, including the apartments, patios/balconies, clubhouse, parking lot and exterior grounds.
Where do guests park?
There are designated spots for guest parking.
How can I enter a work order?
You can enter a work order through the resident portal or by calling/emailing/visiting the office.
Can I get additional fobs?
Fobs are only provided to lease holders.
How can I print a document?
Yes, the Leasing Office team would be more than happy to help! You can send your document to our email, and we would be more than happy to print it for you on the office printer.
What do I do if I lose my mail key?
Contact the office so we can change the lock with the post office carrier. A $25.00 lock change fee will be posted to your resident ledger.
Do we sign for packages?
The Leasing Office does not sign for packages.
How can I return a package?
You can schedule a pick-up with UPS, FedEx or Amazon and place the return package on the outgoing package shelf in the package room.
Can we rent the amenity space for private parties?
No, the amenity space cannot be rented for private parties. Our amenity spaces are available to all our residents during the designated hours.
Do you have common spaces?
Yes! There is a clubhouse which includes the Fitness Center, Lounge, Package Room, and Mail Room.
Is there a pool?
Yes, we have an outdoor resort-style pool and sundeck open Memorial Day through Labor Day!
Does the property have elevators?
We do not have elevators. Each building has two stairwells which access all hallways.
Do you host events?
Yes, our on-site team hosts a wide variety of resident events!
Is there controlled access?
Yes, all apartment doors and amenity spaces are accessible with a resident fob.
Do you have a gym?
Yes! We have a Fitness Center that features various cardio equipment, free weights, and machines.
Do you have an EV Charging Station?
We do not have an EV Charging Station on-site.
What are the pool hours?
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend
How do you dispose of garbage?
Residents can dispose of their garbage at any one of three dumpster locations.
How do I get my mail and packages?
Each resident receives a mail key for any USPS mail. We also have a package room in the clubhouse, which you can access 24/7 with your fob.
Do you have a Dog Park?
Yes, we have a dog park next to the Clubhouse!
Do we offer storage units?
No, there are no additional storage units available to rent
Is there a washer/dryer in-unit?
Yes, there is a washer and dryer in every unit.
What type of flooring is in the apartment?
Our apartments have vinyl plank flooring in the living space and carpeting in the bedrooms /staircases (if applicable).
What type of appliances?
All the appliances are stainless steel – oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer.
Is there a balcony?
Yes, each apartment home features either a patio or a balcony space! We limit balcony décor to patio furniture. No string lights, flags, towels, grills are not permitted.
What type of apartments do you have?
We offer 1 Bedroom/Den with 1.5 bathrooms, 2 Bedroom with 1.5 Bathrooms and 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom apartments.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, the application fee is $50.00 per applicant.
What are the applicant qualifications?
Applicants must provide a combined income of at least three times the monthly rent and successfully complete and pass a standard credit and criminal background check.
Do you collect a Security Deposit?
Yes, we collect a $500 security deposit for approved applications. Applications that are approved with conditions will require an additional application through the Guarantors.
Is there an amenity fee?
Yes, the amenity fee is $30.00/month.
What are the lease terms?
We offer lease terms anywhere from 6-18 months.
Is there a cost for trash pick-up?
No, there is no fee for trash.
